💡You need to be an admin or editor with “full” or “write” access to be able to set up the Forms app for your portal.
Activating the Forms app in your Portal will allow your audience to submit feedback and ideas right from within the Portal. Easy, straightforward, and convenient.
First of all, make sure that you have set up the Forms app in your workspace. Here’s a detailed guide on how to do so.
Once the Forms app is up and running, you can also activate it in the Pages tab of your Portal settings. Switch the toggle on and you’re all set:
This will enable your audience to submit feedback on the pages in your Portal,
as well as from within individual items.
All submitted forms will automatically create a new item in your feedback workspace where you can validate it and take it into account when prioritizing, planning and road mapping.
