1. Connect your airfocus workspace with Asana

You can initiate the connection by going to "Apps" in the airfocus workspace you want to integrate with Asana. For that, select "Explore integrations".

Select the Asana integration in the integration settings.

2. Grant airfocus access to your Asana team and workspace
Follow the steps on screen and authorize airfocus.

3. Use filtering to define which Asana tasks to import into airfocus
You can filter by project and tag. Please note that we will only import tasks if they match the list and label. All other cards will be ignored.

4. Check out the mapping options.

Use the mapping options to map your Asana sections to the lanes on your airfocus board. You can also map your Asana labels to airfocus labels.

5. Synchronize the integration
Click the "Synchronize now" button on the integration page or on the top right of any other view (by clicking on "Apps") to sync the integration. You can select between one-way and two-way-sync (default).
